My friend Dimitri Coste has a show in Paris at the moment called LOS ANGELES - BIARRITZ. He exhibits his nightlife photographs taken in Both cities. The show is put together by March Lab, a pretty cool watch brand based half in LA and half in Biarritz. There is a cool report on Arkitip Dimitri has a passion for motorcycles and cars, is probably the biggest Vans shoes collector in the world , a sick photographer. Basically a rad guy !
Here is an overview of what went down over the weekend at Speedfest in Spain. To be honest the first day wasn't really what I expected as it was really quiet and freezing cold inside the exhibition hall, however there were some really cool bikes and cars. After a few hours there we decided to leave the premises to grab some tapas and beers in Barcelona and eventually come back later that night for a potential party which never happened. You'd think they would have invited some bands to play at the show in a country with a thriving rock scene... But nada ! Anyway, the next day the show had moved to a nearby soccer field, the sun was shining, people showed up, beer was cold, music blasting, and the smell of burnt rubber came from the dragstrip. It was on !
